-English-
Hi everybody. Sometimes is difficult to place Mexico in a geographical part... sometimes is NorthAmerica (as we are in the NorthAmerica Free Trade Agreement with USA and Canada), and sometimes we are in Central America. So for now, I´ll keep Mexico here, just because the coin landed on the other side. As I said to a couple of modelers from this forum (one in Mexico and one in Venezuela), no very much of Spanic America is found around paper modeling. Let´s cut some paper. Everybody wellcome. Empecemos a cortar papel. Todos son bienvenidos. milenio3 |

If one were to consider this from a purely geological viewpoint then Mexico is most certainly part of North America (and so is Eastern Siberia too as far as the western plate boundry of North America is concerned). Agood portion of Central America is probably part of the North American Plate too. But then I suppose we are talking about the forums area. There I go again shooting off my big mouth

Maxon-Dixon... WOW that was North indeed,
![]() Good to know there are still forums like this that exclude borders, countries, etc., but at the same time, we all learn from one another, differences in culture, languages, modelling, etc. - m3 |

Hola Milenio¨:
Gusto de Saludarte desde Panama.------------- English: Hi: I have been cutting paper for 34 years. I started with an HS-123 ( which I still have!!). Since then I hardly look at plastic models etc.. I specialize in airplanes, some of my own design since I sometimes want to build a model there is no kit for it ( see th tri-motor Caproni in my album), others I buy the kit. I also do one or two ships a year. Regards from Panama. Gerardo

Barry... good to know. There are many places that are interesting to know, like that little island in one of the great lakes up north USA - can't remeber the name - and it was like a whole different country!
Hey, Gera, I guess you are already a great modeller then... years! I thought this crazy paper thing was almost new. Great to have you around. - m3 |

Your comment surprised me. How does someone who lives in Poland know about the Mason-Dixon line?

I was raised north of the Line (Chicago), served in the US Navy mostly below it (Pascagoula, Norfolk). Especially in southern Mississippi there was still a lot of talk about it.
