Hi all,
As some of you already have noticed, our sister site Kartonbau.de is holding their 2nd annual model building contest. This time around, there are 3 models one can choose to build Engine of Ju-87 Stuka, Scale 1:24, sponsored by GPM, Poland (Size approx. 1 MByte) Mercury-Redstone, Scale 1:48, sponsored by our member Michael Urban (Size approx. 1,2 MByte) White Knight, Scale 1:48, sponsored by our member Jan Mueller (Size approx. 6,4 MByte) The last two models have a password, you will see it when you download the model. There are some rules that MUST be adhered too. Rules Every registered member of kartonbau.de may participate in the 2. Cardmodel contest . Participation is cost-free. No participant may post images of the models, build reports or anything else about the models before the end of the contest. Failure to follow this rule will result in disqualification. Models Only the three models provided here are eligible for the contest. Each participant can freely chose which model to build. It is also possible to build two or even all three models and enter them into the contest. Building style There is no predescribed way of building the models. Each participant can decide on its own how to build the models. End of contest All entries into the contest must be entered by March 31, 2005, 11:59pm. Each participant needs to have sent four images of each model built via e-mail to heribert@scharnagl.com by then. Judgement Judgement of the models will be done by all members of kartonbau.de. For this purpose, all models will be displayed neutrally with labels like "model A - Z". Members can then vote for the models. For each of the three buildable models, each member sends his vote for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place via PN to heribert. The end-date for the votes will be published together with the models entered into the contest. If there are any questions, pm or email me, and I will try to help you out. I am expecting all of us from cardmodels.net to at least build one model and entering it in the contest. And if this contest is a success, then www.cardmodels.net might do one too, nothing firm yet, but we are still working on ideas. Rick

Um...
Beside those photos to be submitted, does it need some submitter info like home address, country... stuff like that?...
