Default Thai Paperwork's Baby Series A6M5 Zero

Hi everyone,

Nobi has graced us with yet another gift! This time it's a A65M Zero from his Baby Series. Have a look, download and build this kit... They're a ton of fun

Thanks Nobi!

Oh...it's in the 'Parts Bin' in the free models section.

Ron

Where?! Where?! I've gone thru the 'Parts Bin' and they're not there! Were they another of NOBI's "limited time" offers?

Will we be able to get them on his Thaipaperwork site? If so, when? I see the button for the "Baby Series" in the menu bar, but the link doesn't work yet! Hurry, NOBI! I need a fix....

Dennis,

This is the problem when we switched Forum OS's back in August or so

we lost certain things.

Peter, do you have any or all of the files which were in the Parts Bin on the old site?

Rick

If he does have them that would be great!
I have run into numerous threads on this site and others where Nobi generously graces everyone with a free download,
"Time for Free!", only to find the parts bin was not transfered or his web site has changed and is not finished.
I believe patience and understanding are in order here.
Growth does not come without some growing pains, it is inevitable.

Maybe it's to early here, or I don't have enough coffee in me, but I just saw something that struck me wrong, and I gotta speak out. First, I hate smiley's, and the myriad of faces they have evolved into. I understand they are supposed to help add some idea of the emotion with which the speaker is typing his message.

Which brings me to my problem. In reading DennisD's message about a free model, there is an angry emoticon placed between two sentences. Why? I feel that if cardmodels.net is offering something in the parts bin, it is because of their desire to help us, the modellers, and to host a file for a designer. All for free. And if a designer decides to allow a free model to be placed here, or allows a pay model to be free "for a limited time", that is their choice, either of which is a very gracious gesture on their part. To insert/express anger over something someone does for free, is just not right.

Going to get more coffee,

Ray

Amen!
I feel the same way.
I believe that was the thought I was trying to convey in my reply.
You are just a little more direct and to the point Ray.
Coffee or not, you hit the nail on the head.

Enjoy your brew Ray!

Ray, I take it you mean this?

I'll admit that I like "smilies" a lot and probably use them too much. If my over-use annoys you, sorry. But the use of the "mad" smiley there was meant to be humorous. I'm not really upset. I thought that was clear in the context of my post.

But if that is how it came across, I apologize to NOBI and all of the admins here at the cardmodels forums. I really do appreciate the great models that NOBI designs and especially the ones that he is kind enough to offer for free. He's a very talented designer and nice guy whom we're fortunate to have around.

Even more clearly do I understand the hard work and sometimes high frustration level of forum admins. I myself am the forum admin for five separate forums, including one which deals with supporting forum freeware (TripodYaBB), so believe me, I know what admins go thru. If my poor attempt at humor came across as offensive to the admin's efforts to provide us with really great forum and all of that free stuff in the 'Parts Bin,' then I sincerely apologize to Rick and the rest of the forum staff as well.

But if any of NOBI's 'baby series' aircraft are still available, I'd really like to get them... (Sorry, Ray. I just couldn't resist using a smiley there!)
