Question Circle Centre Finder?

Help!
Does someone have a copy of that template for finding the centres of circles that used to be posted here?

But of course it's perfect - that's my version from the old parts bin.

Hopefully the proverbial will be arisen from at some stage and the parts bin will be reinstated.
Butt then perhaps it won't be.
