Default Herne the hunter

HI this is my first ever post, i have been a visiter for some time but lack any real experience in mapping.

Im trying to make a Herne mask (just like the robin of sherwood herne) for my daughter (dont ask please i dont have time to type an explanation) unfortunatly all my efforts look like deformed rabits.
thanks
Mark
