Default O.T.? I got a room in Coco for the launch Friday night!

My Family and I will be at the beach for the launch. We have always
stayed at the Holiday Inn in Titusville. It was full for Friday night.
We will be driving in from Fitzgerald Georgia, (Anyone want to meet up
for Model/Space talk?).

Have a great day,

Carl

Good luck for a Friday launch (fingers crossed). I hope to see a launch in 2008. I envy you. Enjoy yourself.

To see the Calendar of proposed launches:

http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/st..._manifest.html

It would be nice if we can gather for these dates, and make/show paper models in a nearby place.

Remember it's only 4 years until all Shuttle flights end for good.

I want to see STS-125, hubble mission. Shuttles on both pads for last time. I am hoping to spend a month in florida, should be plently of time if launch is delayed. This is also the last time Atlantis will fly, so it could be very busy in florida at that time.

Atlantis for hubble mission and discovery ready for rescue mission if needed, both pads occupied.

Not this one, but I hope to make one soon. I actually have a job now that requires me to visit that part of florida 4 or 5 times a year, so I'm going to try and schedule work trips around launches

I never made it to the Cape for a launch. I did see the Challenger on the pad, though.
I was in Jensen Beach, Florida and watched one of the last Apollo Moon launches fly overhead. Kind of neat looking.

I was in that Titusville Holiday inn for last flight of Atlantis sts 115.

Spent a great 2 weeks there...but unfortunately time ran out and we only saw the launch from MCO (60+ miles) instead of the 7ish miles of the causeway tickets we had...just means Ill have to go back sometime soon

Enjoy Carl...Im suyre it will be great
