Ohh I want I want! I found the link to the detailed plans and proto photo.

Hmmm, could I scratch build such a beauty? Now seeing as I model Canadian Railway I wonder if such a ferry could be realistically (semi-realistically?) placed on the Great Lakes? (Lake Erie or Ont.). I wonder?

Love to see pics of other models of car ferries (train car ferries) and docks. If ya got 'em please post 'em.

I buil that one alread. Nice faily simple model. I added some 1930 vintage box cars to complete the look. I did not build the ramp though. I believe that is for HO train sets
