Does anybody know of N scale products for a sawmill interior? Something like the HO Woodland Scenics Rural Sawmill ?

Yes check out Republic Locomotive Works.
Kit # rlw-28301 from Coon Gap Sawmill. RLW has a lot kits in N , detail parts, logging engines, logging cars,etc.Republic Locomotive Works Main Page
