I know, believe me I know. I've seen this happen at least a dozen times over the last year, or so.

The simple fact is he supports the Garage Kit community and is trying to make an issue out of freely available material and trying to equate that with VERY expensive and to quote ekuth "mostly crappy garage kits" It's a non sequiter and a misnomer, but he wont stop until he goes from some time without a reply. I know, I've been through this ad-infinitum. That's why the quotes were relevant, because his associates have done the same thing for over a year. you never see them contribute, or offer anything up for free, but you do see the entire lot go from one forum to another attacking me and anyone who disagrees with them.

Think about a job you can do in your garage and make good money off of, that's what they are all trying to protect.

Do you see them contributing to this forum in any other way?

No. It's all masked as polite conversation. LOL

I don't understand this. I made nothing personal. I responded to a situation I thought was a bit hypocritical. I posted my thoughts. And for that, I have personal MOD communications posted in response of me, and personal irrelevant matters are now being brought up. Perhaps you should read those very same communications you offered me?

My replies have never been about you CJTK.

Where have I done so? Where have I pledged my support of anyone? Where have I debated any of these issues you brought up? Please go back and read my posts, I have only ever debated terminology and understanding of that terminology as it applies to copyright violations.

Who are my associates that you continually mention? What forums have I gone to one after another to attack you?

You don't know me. You know nothing about me.

Just stop it's getting tedius, you've attacked me at the official Star Trek XI forum, through e-mails, at Finescale Modeler, you used to be very supportive, but you've been listening to your friends REL, Lakespeed, And Griffen. All of these people have attacked me here and have been banned or told to stop. You are just continuing the same thing in a different thread.

C'mon man, it's obvious.

You didn't discuss the actual topic, you shifted the entire premise. Please, it's transparent.

How many times have I said that?

If yo want to actually discuss the original topic, I'm sure someone will accommodate you, but I've honestly had enough. I know you and I know your friends.

Get off of the computer, get out of the house and do something. Have fun, have a good day, go somewhere, but stop beating a dead horse! My God man, there's a whole world out there.

I have seen nothing else as adding value here. Its rehashing the same arguments over and over.

If paramount sees our fanart as copyright infringement and requests it to come down it will come down. Everything is freely available. Fan art is what keeps many of these films/shows etc alive and pumping along.

I will not enter into debate as to who can sell what and who is infringing on whom. These topics have been discussed until we were blue in the face on more than one occasion. When we get a copyright lawyer that is into card models then we can get legal advice and not interpretations of non-legal folks. I am not saying anyone is wrong or right - why? Because I do not know. This bickering is pointless.

CJTK - drop it, I did not see a personal attack in anyway nor do I see any link to anyone else from your past issues.

Trek - we are not lawyers - we are here to enjoy cardmodeling. I hope to see some of your work in the near future.

Thread - closed.
Chris
