Researching a project

I want to scratchbuild this coal drop. I want to find plans for it. The info I have on it is it is a 1907 PRR structure with the plan issued drawing number of 59146.

In the article i found this in says it is 75' scale and the physical HO measurements are 2 1/4" wide by 2" high.

Yes I realize I have all the info I need to start I am just wondering if finding the plans is possible
