Default He P.1079b/ii

I couldn't work on my Ente build. The baby was sleeping and my work desk was near the crib.

Not wanting to waste the night, I went out the room, fired up my PC and started working on my next Luft'46 project --- the Heinkel HE P.1079B/II All Weather Heavy Fighter.

You'll find the original design info the Luft'46 site: http://www.luft46.com/heinkel/hep1079c.html

Here are some shots of the model I've made using META.

I'm hoping to add some internal formers on this one.

Very nice! Quick work too.
Interesting notes on it at the Luft46 link.
Will be watching this development.

Another winner! An excellent choice, I really like the lines on this one. Can't wait to see it completed!

Thanks! I'm really itching to continue work on this as well as finish my other design. I'm really strapped for time .

Heh, I don't think he means by himself, I'm sure he means from lots of designers combined.

Sorry I didn't make my point... I meant every designer try to come up with something Luft-46 related... that'll be good

By the way...

I don't think the Natter and Pfeil should be considered Luft'46 material. Though they never saw action, they did get to fly (even if the natter killed its test pilot).
