Awesome! Has anyone else done this kind of thing? I would like to do it but I am not too sure of the paper holding up to the thrust. Coat the whole thing with clear coat or something for added strength?

I've done this with a Currell Graphics V-2, an R7 Sputnik, and the Revell Moonship models. I've only had a chance to fly the V-2 so far. It went well on an A8-3 motor. They come out very light, and stronger than you might think. I used a central tube like jleslie, and 210gsm cardstock. I put a spent motor in the nosecone for noseweight and holding the nosecone in place. I've been thinking of doing a flying model for the Free Model #3 contest.

Here's a couple of pics of the V-2. I don't have any of the other two yet. This was my first ever card model.
