22 views but no response .. OK I'll give it a go.
Dear Shin kazama, To go from a model originally scaled at 1:100 and produce a 1:72 build, you need to ENLARGE the printout by a factor of 1.39, or 139% To go from 1:144 to 1:72, you need to ENLARGE the printout by a factor 2.0, or 200%, or double size. Hope that is what you wanted. Lepton |

Lepton's correct, put it simply, it's just the ratio between the scales. No complicated maths involved!

Yep.
From 1/100 to 1/72 divide 100 by 72 and you get 1.39 so it would be 139% of the original. From 1/72 to 1/100 divide 72 by 100 and you get 0.72 so it would be 72% of the original. From 1/144 to 1/72 divide 144 by 72 and you get 2.00 so it would be 200% of the original. From 1/72 to 1/144 divide 72 by 144 and you get 0.50 so it would be 50% of the original. Here is a simple calculator you can download and use for some scale calculations. Scale Master Calculator A note on the site about a feature of the calculator: Quote:
