The guy modelling the New Haven has dead catenary. He found that none of the pans on his brass models were insulated, and didn't want to go to all the trouble.

, even my AHM GG1 came prewired for overhead. I even wired in a STDT switch to go from one or the other.

hum, seeing as i have a Mehano GG1 somewhere and 2 F7A bodies i feel a kitbash coming on and the spare panto going onto the streamliner!

Sommerfeldt Eisenbahnmodelle GmbH - Oberleitungen Stromabnehmer is the factory site, in german..google the site for translation.

There are quite a few UK suppliers..must be SOMEONE in Canada/US importing them?
